
My first job was all-around; cashier, tele-cashier for deliveries,dispatcher of produCts and server in a Pizza Parlor wherein I've got to deal with my first-hand customer service experience. Next, is in a BPO Company as an email support for uBER rider side. My recent job was in a Restaurant as a shift Manager, who assists not only external customers but also my internal customers, our staffs. I could say that I've really learned a lot, especially on dealing with different kinds of person; their differences in their beliefs, values, and norms which also affects on how I react or respond to certain situations, and I'm very grateful for that.
